1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

United States: Standard tracked shipping. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing.

International: We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at any time using our Track My Order page on the Site.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@lymphae.us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@lymphae.us — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
